Enrolling in an HPM University Fellowship Provides:
Training to become an independent specialty pain management clinic leader
Tuition reimbursement and stipends
Self-paced, virtual coursework
1:1 meetings with practitioner faculty
Eligibility to take the NBCRNA Nonsurgical Pain Management (NSPM) Board Examination
Valuable field experience with over 800 hours of patient care, participating in more than 500 procedures
1-year post-graduation mentorship program with access to additional resources
Designed and Led by HPM Practitioners to Equip and Empower Future HPM Leaders
Our clinical training combines didactic teaching with hands-on, guided, multi-level spine injections, joint injections, and radiofrequency ablation competencies. CRNA graduates of HPM University meet all eligibility criteria to apply for the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) NSPM subspecialty certification exam, for which we have a 100% pass rate.

Our rigorous candidate selection process maintains the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Physician’s Admission Requirements
A completed residency program approved by the ACGME or the AOA
Full unrestricted licensure to practice medicine in the United States
Medical license in good standing
CRNA’s Admission Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
NBCRNA certified and in good standing
Nursing (RN/APRN) licensures in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice as a CRNA at the time of application
Completion of a cadaver course

Financial Support
Pursuing an NSPM fellowship through HPM University requires dedication and upfront investment in your education. Therefore, HPM provides tuition reimbursement and monetary stipends to assist clinicians in offsetting the time and financial requirements.
Post-Graduation Support
After graduation, clinicians enter a one-year mentorship program, which provides immediate access to faculty for clinical questions and case reviews. Graduates also receive access to reference materials to develop evidence-based practices.
